Transfers between courses require at least 2 weeks notice prior to the commencement of the initial event and must be of equal value.

Q: What happens if my DVD is lost or broken in the shipping process?
A: We will replace your DVD at no extra cost to you. Simply call our office on 03 9481 6724 and notify them of your issue. A receipt of purchase may be required for a replacement product to be sent out to you.
Q: Do you provide receipts?
A: If you purchase from our website, you will automatically receive aan Invoice/Receipt via your email confirming the transaction. Additionally, we will mail you another hard copy receipt with your goods.
