Conditions for Workshop Enrolments

Withdrawals

• Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior – full refund less $65.00
• Cancellation less than 6 weeks but more than 4 weeks – full refund less 45%
• Cancellation less than 4 weeks but more than 2 week – full refund less 60%
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks – no refund

Transfers
Transfers between courses require at least 4 weeks notice prior to the commencement of the initial event and must be of equal value.

Cancellation of workshop due to poor student numbers
From time to time, Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled. If you intend booking flights or accommodation prior to the workshop, please contact Complementary Health Seminars first to check the status of registrations prior to booking.

Returns Policy
During the first 30 days after receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with our service, feel free to return your product(s) to us for a refund or an exchange.

After this 30-day period, purchased products cannot be returned. Only the purchase on comps.com.au can return to us. Your payment card will be credited upon your receipt of the returned merchandise.

Any item damaged due to reasons that are not included in the warranty cannot be qualified for a refund.

Note: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
